Pink Frog Interactive, Inc. specializes in human computer interface design, information architecture and design research. We focus on improving the quality of user experience and human interaction with web applications and product interfaces.

The founder, Tammy Fritz, has over 18 years experience in user-centered design. She has Masters of Design degree in Communication Planning and Information Design from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a certificate in Specialized Technology from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

Pink Frog Interactive, Inc. was founded because of a deep passion for designing usable, intuitive products and services. We follow a user-centered design process and use principles and techniques derived from cognitive science, psychology and anthropology to design and test interfaces in order to make them useful, usable and desirable.

We are a member of the UPA Association (The Usability Professions’ Association) and ACM SIGCHI (Association for Computing Machinery Special Interest Group on Computer-Human Interaction).

Tammy has done design work for FreeMarkets, NDCHealth, Ketchum, Duquense Light, Consolidated Natural Gas, Alcoa, PNC Bank, Mercedez Benz, Heinz, Kroger, Hanson, Marconi, Towers Perrin, Respironics, PPG, UPMC, Giant Eagle, Armco, Wabtec, Dominion, Copperweld, Lucas Systems, Kerr Drug, Premiere Global Services, Netspoke, GENCO, PAi, Evaheart Medical USA, Austin Kids, Velvet Angel Labradors, Synetex, SS John and Paul Roman Catholic Parish, Buck Consultants, LiveWire Media and many other companies.

She has led ui design efforts in integration, co-branding, branding, workflow, architecture and internationalization and worked on sites that were over 4000 prototype pages from the ground up. Her work has won design awards from Intel and AIGA and has been submitted for patents.
